Antonia Zammit has been appointed Non-Executive Director of Simonds Farsons Cisk, replacing outgoing Director Marina Hogg.
In a statement today, Farsons announced that Mrs Hogg – who is also the owner of investment firm Hogg Capital Investments Ltd – has stepped down from her position as Director after 18 years.
Dr Zammit, a lawyer who is CEO of Praude Asset Management Ltd, has been appointed Non-Executive Director in her stead.
She has also replaced Mrs Hogg on the Audit and Risk Committee.
