Simon Flynn has been appointed non-executive director of Quinco Holdings plc.

Mr Flynn is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a registered auditor in Malta, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and of the Malta Institute of Accountants (FIA). He held the position of partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for twenty-seven years prior to his retirement in December 2025.

This comes as Roderick Chalmers resigns from the Board of Directors as of 31st December 2025. The Board of Directors would like to thank him for his service.

The company also announced the resignation of Roderick Chalmers from Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company, and that Simon Flynn has been appointed in his stead.

The Audit Committee is now composed of Simon Flynn as Chairperson,  Neil Psaila,  Chiara Stagno d’Alcontres and  Dominic Borg.
