On Wednesday (today), Gabriella Farrugia announced her promotion to Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Blue Window Ltd.

Ms Farrugia joined Blue Window in August 2022 as Human Resources (HR) Manager and was eventually promoted to Head of HR.

The seasoned HR specialist has a Diploma in Hotel Management, City and Guilds Train the Trainer certification, a Bachelor of Arts in Work and HR, a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology, and a certification in Company Law Fundamentals.

Prior to working with Blue Window, Ms Farrugia served as HR Manager at Advent Lifts Services. Additionally, she worked for companies such as Alberta, Mariott Hotels in Brussels and at Valletta Gateway Terminals Ltd.

Blue Window is a digital marketing agency with operations in more than 20 countries across five different continents. It focuses on developing and growing targeted brands within specific markets.

Throughout the years, it has helped businesses combine high-end user experience with defined business strategies “to create industry changing digital experiences for both its clients and partners.”
