Chief People Officer Cathryn McGinty has lauded Glitnor Group’s decision to move its head office to Tigné Point as an indication of the company’s growth in recent years.

The switch comes at a time when Glitnor Group is set to enter what it described as the “next phase of its evolution” after the appointment of Richard Brown as its next CEO, and it is a “fitting reflection of how much it has achieved over the past couple of years”.

The company’s headquarters were previously housed in Sliema’s Villino Zammit, having moved there in January 2022. However, Glitnor Group added that company growth over the past 18 months has been such that “even the famous landmark can no longer house the business’s rapidly-expanding workforce”.

“We’re very excited to unveil Tigné Point as the new location of Glitnor Group’s head office and think the switch is fully reflective of how far we’ve come as a company over the past few years,” Ms McGinty said.

“With the move following hot on the heels of us announcing Mr Brown as our new CEO, our transfer to Tigné Point comes at a hugely important moment in the evolution of the group and should provide the perfect place for us to call home as we continue to expand throughout 2023,” she added.

She concluded by saying that the team is “really looking forward” to moving into the company’s new home.

Glitnor Group confirmed that while the site of its head office may be changing, a number of initiatives aimed at helping employees maintain a good work-life balance will be maintained. These include flexible in-office hours and workspaces designed to “encourage collaboration through creative meetings and breakout sessions”.

Founded in 2018, Glitnor Group is an iGaming company that aims to “take global leadership and change the competitive landscape” for game studios, game operators, and lead generation. While it is headquartered in Malta, it also has a presence in both Europe and Asia.
