HSBC Bank Malta appoints Yvonne Steyn-Adams as Non-Executive Director

HSBC Bank Malta plc has announced the appointment of Yvonne Steyn-Adams as Non-Executive Director, following regulatory approval effective from 6th August 2025.

Ms Steyn-Adams currently serves as Global Head of Business Risk and Resilience at HSBC Group Management Services Ltd. In this role, she is responsible for business risk management and remediation for the International Wealth and Premier Banking segment globally.

Bringing significant international experience, particularly in Europe, Ms Steyn-Adams has held group-wide positions at HSBC and UBS, with earlier roles in information technology, operations, and consultancy.

Her expertise spans financial and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, organisational design, service management, and cost management.
