Jason Cruz Falzon has announced his promotion to Director of Consulting Services at CGI UK, where he will take over the over the Data, Analytics and AI Centre of Excellence segment.

Founded in 1976, CGI Inc. is a Canadian multinational IT consulting and software development company headquartered in Montreal, Quebec.

He shared the news via LinkedIn, expressing his excitement about the new role and appreciation for those who have supported his career journey.

“Happy to say I have been promoted to Director Consulting Services and will be taking over the Data, Analytics and AI Centre of Excellence at CGI UK from February!” he wrote. “Thanks to everyone that has supported me along the way, too many to tag, but know this, I appreciate each and every one of you. This is an awesome opportunity and I am looking forward to working with and leading a team dedicated to collaboration and innovation.”

Mr Cruz Falzon’s career in technology and consulting spans over a decade.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he started off as a Regional Sales Executive at Acunetix before transitioning to consultancy at iMovo, where he spent almost two years. His career trajectory then led him to Vittoria Services as a Business Operations Data Architect.

He later moved to the UK to take on the role of Technology Alliances Manager at Talend. He then joined WANdisco, where he served as Director before joining CGI in April 2023 as a Lead Data and AI Architect.

Within less than a year at CGI, Mr Cruz Falzon has now stepped into a senior leadership role, where he will be at the forefront of data and AI-driven initiatives within the organisation.
