On Thursday (today), Kristina Garratt Mulligan announced her promotion to VP of Legal at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play.
Dr Garratt Mulligan started working at ARRISE as Director of Legal in May 2023. Prior to that she was Head of Legal at Global Gaming Group and Yggdrasil Gaming Ltd.
Furthermore, she was Director of GA Corporate Ltd and a lawyer at Gonzi and Associates.
Dr Garratt Mulligan graduated as a lawyer from University of Malta and obtained a Master of Laws in Innovation, Technology and Law from University of Edinburgh Law School. Additionally, she has a Professional Certificate in Tax and Tax Law.
On LinkedIn, she describes herself as being skilled in intellectual property law, contract negotiation, gaming law and employment law, among others.
Although based in Gibraltar, ARRISE is an international services group that powers tech companies. It has a team of over 5,000 individuals with offices around the world including Malta, Romania, India, and Bulgaria.
