RS2 plc has announced the resignation of Natalie Strange from her role as Non-Executive Director of the company.

Established in 1988, RS2 is a global payments processor and technology provider, supporting top banks, financial institutions, fintechs, and merchants worldwide.

RS2 also provides comprehensive payment services, covering card issuing, acquiring, ATM services, and cross-border payments in 121 currencies.

She also served as a proven leader within the payments industry with 19 years of experience within the Barclays Group.

Ms Strange has extensive customer experience spanning holding various leadership posts within Barclaycard Payments from leading International and Ecommerce Account teams, as well as UK New Business teams for Barclaycard Payments, Acceptance and Specialist Products.

In a statement, Ivan Gatt, RS2s Company Secretary, announced the resignation of Ms Strange, whilst expressing his sincere gratitude for her valuable contribution to the company.
