Nicholas Warren, a long-standing employee in the local legal sector, has been appointed COO at Francis J. Vassallo & Associates (FJVA).

Founded in 1998, FJVA started off as a corporate services provider company. Since then, through the incorporation of FJV Management Ltd and FJV Fiduciary Ltd, the group has branched out into tax, trusts, and foundations, amongst other services.
Since joining the company, Mr Warren has held several roles, including Company Secretary and Head of Regulatory & Compliance.
The newly appointed COO has a wealth of experience at a plethora of local law firms and financial services organisations. Before FJVA, Mr Warren served as Senior Manager Blockchain & Financial Services at CSB Group. He held a similar role at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates from 2015 to 2018.
