Farsons Beverage Imports’ longstanding General Manager Pierre Stafrace has retired from the role and will take up a new position.
Mr Stafrace has been working with Farsons since 1994, having started out as a Brand Executive. He was appointed Marketing Manager in 2001 and General Manager of the importation arm four years later.
He announced that he has retired from the role he has held for over 20 years and is now the Director of Private Clients of Farsonsdirect, the company’s beverage retail outlet in Mrieħel.
Mr Stafrace has also stepped down from his position as Chairman of the Committee of the Wines, Spirits, Beverages & Tobacco Business Section at The Malta Chamber, a role he has held since 2019.
“I would like to thank all members of the Committee of the Wines, Spirits, Beverages & Tobacco Business Section for their ongoing contribution, the Council of the Malta Chamber for their strong representation of industry in Malta, Dr Marthese Portelli for her superb management of the Chamber and Julia Aquilina for her excellent collaboration with our Committee,” he said.
