BridgeLink, a Malta-based company developing a digital marketplace, has appointed Ruth Moisel as its new COO.

The BridgeLink digital marketplace would help people compare term deposit opportunities, where instead of visiting different banks and opening multiple accounts, it aims to provide a clear digital comparison experience.

“As we prepare for launch, Ruth’s experience working in startup environments will play an important role in helping us build and scale BridgeLink,” the company said.

Ms Moisel said: "Excited to step into the COO role at BridgeLink. Startups have always been my playground. There is nothing quite like the energy of building something from the ground up, and Malta's first digital deposit marketplace is exactly the kind of project I thrive on. It's the right fit at the right time.”

“I look forward to working with a fantastic team as we prepare for launch and redefine how customers access and manage deposit opportunities."

Prior to joining BridgeLink, she worked as Head of Operations at Zastrpay, a cash payment provider, and an account manager at Trustly, a company which deals with open banking payment solutions, among others.
