The Convenience Shop (Holding) plc has announced the appointment of Ramon Falzon as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the group.
Mr Falzon joins the company with more than 20 years of experience across both local and international markets, having held senior executive roles within large multinational and diversified groups. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for overseeing complex group structures spanning Malta and Australia, with a particular focus on financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and the management of large-scale investment portfolios.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master’s in Accountancy from the University of Malta. In addition, he is a certified public accountant in Malta and is a member of several professional bodies, including the Malta Institute of Accountants, the Institute of Public Accountants Australia, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She will be working on the Hollandse Kust offshore wind farm regions in the Netherlands.
