Senior Director of Planning and Engineering Maria Cilia took to social media to celebrate her upcoming 16th anniversary at Lufthansa Technik.
Though currently stationed at the company’s Sofia offices, Ing Cilia had spent upwards of 13 years at Lufthansa Technik Malta.
“Proud to mark almost 16 years at Lufthansa Technik. I am blessed that throughout these years I met many people… some came into my life to teach me, some tested me, and some brought out the very best in me,” she wrote.
“Throughout the years, there were a lot of challenges, opportunities, learnings, growth, crises, and difficult times, but also unforgettable and great times. All of these made me the Maria I am today. To many more years,” Ing Cilia added.
Lufthansa Technik Sofia was established in 2007 and is now one of the leading MRO facilities in Europe, boasting a total area of 50,000 square metres and more than 1,000 employees.
Before joining Lufthansa Technik, Ing Cilia served as a Mechanical Engineer at Enemalta and at the Malta Resources Authority.
