The Concept Stadium has welcomed two new members to the local boutique marketing consultancy company. Alice Battistino and Kyle Mintoff both started off as interns, gaining experience whilst continuing their studies. Following their experience, they have both become an integral part of the growing Commercial Creatives team.
Welcoming Kyle and Alice to the team, Jonathan Dalli, Founder and CEO of The Concept Stadium maintained, “we are passionate about offering opportunities to students wishing to gain experience whilst studying.”
“Nurturing growth in the workplace is an integral part of long-lasting and fruitful relationships with our team and we are adamant in continuing to recruit Commercial Creatives who are eager to grow with us,” he continued, adding that “such growth also reflects our constant endeavour to ensure we remain an important player in the marketing industry in Malta, being responsive to our clients and above-all contributing to value-added marketing activities.”
Alice conducted her internship at The Concept Stadium as part of the PR team last year. Starting off mid-way through a pandemic, she worked remotely and was consequently unable to gain the entire experience due to the imposed restrictions. As the team returned to their offices, Alice assumed the role of Junior Social Media and Client Partner within the Digital & Social Media Team. She is responsible for assisting the team and clients with a number of social media activations as well as on-site events.
“It’s great to be a part of such a driven team. I am able to share my passion with like-minded creatives who are ambitious about moving forward and achieving the best results for the company and its clients,” Alice shared.
Similarly, Kyle joined The Concept Stadium as an intern a few years ago with an Admin Support role. After completing the internship, he proceeded with his studies, graduating in International Business Management, and has now returned to The Concept Stadium where he joined the PR & Admin team as a Junior PR Researcher & Support Executive.
“I am very happy to be back at The Concept Stadium and I am truly looking forward to support both the PR & Admin teams, particularly by engaging and creating links with our clients and the public,” said Kyle.
He takes over from Alejandro Gosttuski, who will now take on the role of an Advisor.
The company, set to launch soon, will seek to provide clients with ‘customer-centric and innovative’ financial services.
