Adrian Mercieca has been appointed Company Secretary at Hili Finance Company plc with effect from 1st July 2022.

He will also be assuming the role of Secretary of the company’s Audit Committee.

Mr Mercieca is succeeding Dorian Desira, who will be resigning from the office of Company Secretary on 1st July 2022. Nonetheless, he will retain the post of Hili Finance Executive Director.

Hili Finance acts as the finance company for Hili Ventures Ltd and its subsidiaries. Operating from Malta, Hili Finance acquires, holds, and manages assets and other financial interest for Hili Ventures, of which it is a wholly owned subsidiary.

In turn, Hili Ventures is comprised of seven companies, Hili Finance included, which touch upon a plethora of sectors. These include Premier Capital, 1923 Investments, Hili Properties, HV Hospitality, HV Marine, and Cobalt.

Just last week, Mr Mercieca succeeded Geoffrey Camilleri as Company Secretary at Premier Capital – the Developmental Licensee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, and Romania.
