Alliance Real Estate Group has announced the opening of its 24th branch.
Alliance by BCP Properties, a new branch co-owned by Mantvydas Matthew Narusevicius and Pavle Brajkovski, is situated on Tower Road, along Sliema’s promenade, an ideal location for both luxury residential and commercial sales and rentals, the branch’s main focuses.
Mr Brajkovski, who has been residing in Malta for over 10 years and possesses a background in catering and real estate, brings a solid foundation and a customer-centric approach to the branch as its Manager.
Emphasising the importance of the branch’s location in Sliema, he also highlights the “active involvement of advisors in various localities, particularly high-demand central areas”. The primary objective of the team is to provide “exceptional service and ensure a smooth and professional property journey” for all clients.
Through his background in recruitment, transport, logistics and catering, Mr Narusevicius is assuming secondary responsibility for operations with Mr Brajkovski at the helm.
