Amy Lang has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Ballotra, marking a new chapter in her journey with the company since joining in 2022.

Ms Lang says she first joined Ballotra at a time when she was seeking a more meaningful and creative challenge within marketing.

Reflecting on her journey, she wrote on LinkedIn: “When I joined Ballotra back in 2022, I was in a place where I wasn’t quite sure where I fit within marketing. Most roles out there felt too surface level, and I wanted to be part of something more creative and that challenged the norm – and I found exactly that (& more)!”

“It’s been a fast-paced ride ever since,” she shared, adding that the team has “grown quickly, adapted even faster, and constantly pushed the limits of what marketing can do.”

Ms Lang highlighted how the company was among the first in Malta to embrace emerging trends such as TikTok marketing and AI-driven creative work, long before they became mainstream. “We’ve always kept things moving forward,” she noted.

In its own announcement, Ballotra described Ms Lang as a driving force behind its sales and marketing strategies over the past two years. “Since joining us in 2022, [Ms Lang] has been helping shape our sales and marketing strategies and has been passionate about the company and committed to its growth from the start,” the company said.

As Chief Marketing Officer, she will lead Ballotra’s overall marketing direction, with a focus on “growth, scalability, and streamlining operations across departments to help us unlock the next level of growth, this time from a strategic chief position.”
