Leon Chetcuti has been appointed CEO of Alliance Real Estate.
Founder and former CEO Michael Bonello has taken on the role of Group Chairman.
“This new leadership structure marks an exciting new chapter for Alliance as we continue to build on our strong foundations and look towards further growth and new opportunities,” the real estate agency said.
“We look forward to working closely with Dr Chetcuti in his new role and wish him every success as he leads Alliance into its next phase.”
Mr Chetucti was appointed CEO of the Malta Development Association (MDA) in 2023, and it is unclear whether he has maintained his position.
His father Sandro Chetcuti is the Founder and former president of the MDA.
