Luxury estate agency Malta Sotheby’s International Realty hosted its annual networking event at the award-winning Portomaso Marina earlier this month.

The event, which resumed after a pandemic-induced two-year hiatus, hosted 170 international and local guests, including business leaders, property titans, and other members of Maltese society.

“Our summer networking event has always been an annual highlight and this year was no exception. After a two-year delay, we were excited to again host one of Malta’s most exclusive events,” Malta Sotheby’s International Realty Director and Joint Owner Michael J. Zammit said.

The agency was launched on the Maltese islands in 2013 with a specific focus on servicing the luxury high-end residential and commercial property market in Malta.

Malta Sotheby’s International Realty represents properties of exceptional quality situated both in Malta and around the world – something made possible by the Sotheby’s Global Referral Network.

“We represent the most opulent properties on the Maltese islands and our dedication to excellence is what enables us to provide an elevated service to all who choose Malta Sotheby’s International Realty as their partner in luxury property,” Mr Zammit noted.

“Our annual event is a significant part of that which allows our team and guests to come together and not only strengthen current business relationships, but forge new ones,” he continued.

Mr Zammit has stood at the agency’s helm for the past nine years, whilst also serving as Group CEO at CSB Group – Malta Sotheby’s International Realty’s parent company.

CSB Group operates in an array of industries, such as maritime, aviation, investment migration, and blockchain and fintech.

“Last year we saw our sales increase by 209 per cent and this year we already well on our way to record-breaking sales,” Mr Zammit said about the estate agency.

“We offer our vendors a unique and holistic approach when it comes to representing their properties and we take great pride in sharing our clients’ vision for their future – uniting extraordinary lives with extraordinary homes,” he concluded.
