Beatrice Collet on Thursday announced that she has been appointed Director of Customer Experience at Chiliz and Socios.com.
In her new role, she will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of the company’s overall customer experience objectives, and also transforming the customer experience department from being operations-focused to more customer-centric.
Prior to her new role, she also served as Head of Operational Business Development and Global Payments for Chiliz and Socios.com for four years, and also as Managing Director – Chiliz Blockchain Campus for two years.
Her wide array of experience also includes two years as Head of Sales and Marketing at Truevo Payments, over a year as Head of CountryProfiler Inflight Media at CountryProfile Malta and 10 months as Director Special Projects at travel media company Ink. She also had business development and project management roles in the UK, Russia, and Australia.
She holds a Master of Business Law, Negotiation, Dispute Resolution, Sports Law from Bond University, a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Southern Cross University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Rennes School of Business.
Established in 2018 and headquartered in Gżira, Chiliz is a digital currency for sports and entertainment platforms that allows for new ways that fans can engage with sports teams and for teams to monetise their global fanbases. It created Socios.com, the world’s first scalable, tokenised voting platform that gives fans the opportunity to buy, trade, and execute voting rights in their favourite sports teams.
