Bank of Valletta announced that it has received regulatory approval for the appointment of Peter Halsor as its Chief Marketing and Customer Intelligence Officer.

BOV had announced Mr Halsor’s appointment back in July as part of a string of new C-level appointments within the bank.

Prior to joining Bank of Valletta, Mr Halsor held the position of Chief Customer Experience Officer at Riyad Bank. He has also led transformation initiatives at Barclaycard and LloydsTSB.

Mr Halsor enjoys 20 years of experience in leading marketing teams in designing and implementing digital products, services, and campaigns that underpin business strategy, enhance customer experience, and drive profitability.

He was also actively involved in a number of business transformation / change programmes.
