Debbie Eacott, Founder and CEO at Malta-based Eacott Enterprises Ltd, has been announced among White Page International’s (WPI) Global 200 Women Power Leaders for 2024.
WPI is a global consulting firm that specialises in brand marketing, research, advisory and consulting, large scale generic and customised conferences, digital and television content.
Global 200 Women Power Leaders is a nomination-based selection of 200 women leaders who are described as “powerful” and “rising. They cover categories such as CEOs, HR, finance, technology, marketing and communications, healthcare, education and more. They are selected by a panel of international jury members from a list of over 1,000 nominations.
Announcing her award, Ms Eacott stated that she is deeply honoured to receive the award and looks forward to being part of the ceremony in September.
Ms Eacott was described by WPI as a “distinguished leader and entrepreneur, recognised globally for her strategic vision and innovative approach.”
Her career started with two decades in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) where she developed her expertise in manufacturing and distribution within the retail and engineering sectors across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
In 2014, she returned to the UK to work with a London-based investment house and delivered portfolios worth multi million in realised assets for renewable energy projects.
Her involvement in the ‘Solar Aid’ initiative in Africa led to the establishment of her own engineering consultancy, which later expanded operations into India to provide renewable energy solutions and recycling initiatives that enhanced local communities’ quality of life.
In 2019, Ms Eacott served as the Group Chief Business Development Officer at KPH Group Ltd in Malta. Two years later she established her first consultancy on the islands, Eacott Enterprises Ltd.
Furthermore, “she founded MUBS – Malta UAE Business Summit, positioning Malta as a strategic European business gateway to the Middle East and Africa.”
Eacott Enterprises assists organisations in meeting their company objectives and aims to build business bridges to establish strategic partnerships globally through modern strategic thinking and management.
He worked in various roles within the bank, including Interim MLRO.
