“From setting-up an office in Manila with awesome culture to relocating to Malta and working in such a diverse team full of talent and potential,” she writes, describing her trajectory, noting that “it was not a walk in the park, which makes me extremely satisfied on how much I have grown as an HR professional all these years.”

Praising her colleagues, Mary Grace continued to say that “choosing a company is like choosing friends, they can bring out the best in you and set you up for success.”
