Aaron Bugeja on Friday (today) shared that he has been promoted to Associate Director of Client Accounting at business services provider Vistra.

His new role comes after working at the company for more than three years. Prior to the role, he had served as Senior Operations Manager, focusing on orchestrating, supporting, and streamlining workflows across different departments.

In his announcement, Mr Bugeja remarked that he is now “eager to leverage strategic insights and drive financial excellence” to Vistra’s clients.

 In his latest position, he will be tasked with managing and coordinating the activities of the accounting team, overseeing client assignments, and also striving to ensure meticulous adherence to established policies and procedures.

Prior to his time at Vistra, Mr Bugeja had served in senior auditing positions at Nexia BT and Deloitte Malta. He is also Non-Executive Director at Housing Maintenance and Embellishments Company Limited.

Mr Bugeja holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Management, together with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accountancy, both from University of Malta, among other qualifications.

Vistra is a leading provider business services aimed at helping companies and private capital funds grow across their entire business and investment lifecycle. These services include human resources, tax, legal entity management, and regulatory compliance. It has over 9,000 employees based in more than 50 markets.
