Claude Mifsud has assumed a new dual role at Concept Stadium, that of Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer.
Concept Stadium, known for its work in branding, web, digital communications, and advisory services, is now adding a technological arm through AI-enabled solutions that complement its existing expertise and respond to the evolving needs of modern businesses.
As part of the company’s evolution, the company said that Claude Mifsud, who was the company’s Chief Operations Officer, will assume the dual leadership role.
“The appointment reflects the growing importance of technology within the organisation and provides dedicated leadership for Concept Stadium’s continued investment in AI and innovation,” Concept Stadium said.
The company said it views artificial intelligence as a tool that enhances human capability rather than replacing it, using AI to support research, analysis, ideation and efficiency while ensuring that strategic thinking, creativity, decision-making and final outputs remain under human ownership and accountability.
“We see technology as a natural extension of our advisory role,” Claude Mifsud said. “Many of the challenges organisations face today involve data, systems, processes and decision-making. Our role is to help clients solve problems more effectively while maintaining the human insight, creativity and strategic thinking that remain essential to success.”
He said that AI-fed, human-led is more than a phrase for the company. “It is how we work in practice across the organisation. Our team continues to play the leading role in shaping ideas, making decisions and delivering outcomes, while technology helps us work more efficiently and uncover new opportunities. Technology helps us improve efficiency and unlock new opportunities, but creativity, judgement and accountability remain human responsibilities.”
The company believes that future success will depend not only on access to AI tools but also on the ability of people to use them responsibly and effectively.
Jonathan Dalli, Founder and CEO of Concept Stadium, said the company’s evolution reflects both changing market realities and a long-standing commitment to helping clients navigate complexity and change.
“For many years, clients have come to us not just for creative execution, but for guidance, perspective and problem solving. Technology is a natural progression of that role. Our knowledge of brands, people, culture and stories did not become less valuable when AI arrived. If anything, it became even more important. Creativity is not being replaced. Strategic thinking is not being replaced. Human connection is not being replaced. The organisations that will succeed are those that embrace innovation while continuing to invest in people, skills and human expertise.”
As part of its commitment to responsible innovation and transparency, Concept Stadium has also introduced a public-facing transparency framework outlining how artificial intelligence is used across the organisation.
