Von der Heyden Group Finance plc has appointed David (David-Richard) Bonett as an Independent, Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st December 2025, following the resignation of Karen Coppini from the Board and the Audit Committee.

Her departure paved the way for Mr Bonett’s co-option to the Board, where he will also serve as a legal and judicial representative of the Company and join its Audit Committee.

Mr Bonett brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, financial management, and advisory roles. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), he has held senior advisory positions within two major accountancy firms and has built a portfolio career that includes several board appointments across regulated and non-regulated entities.

According to the disclosure, he currently serves as:

  • Chairman and Non-Executive Director of 1923 Investments Limited
  • Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Risk Committee at Merill SICAV plc
  • Non-Executive Director at Dominion Global Trends SICAV plc

He previously also sat on the board of Together Gaming Solutions plc.
