Together Gaming Solutions announced that David Bonett has succeeded Etienne Borg Cardona as Director and Legal and Judicial Representative of the company following the latter’s resignation from said roles on 31st December 2021.
Mr Bonett’s appointment came into effect on 10th January 2022 and was actioned by the company’s Board of Directors to fill the vacancy caused by Mr Borg Cardona’s resignation.
Together Gaming Solutions noted that Mr Bonett joined the company in a non-executive directorship role with a view to overseeing the general governance of the company, its proper administration and management, and the supervision of its affairs.
Mr Bonett shall also make part of the company’s Audit Committee.
The newly appointed Director is an Accountant and Freelance Advisor on corporate finance and financial management. He has held various senior finance management positions in global organisations as well as financial advisory positions with two of the big four accounting firms both locally and in the UK.
Mr Bonett is also a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified accountants.
