DaVinci Health Malta appoints Tiziana Lagana as Deputy Chief Operations Officer

Tiziana Lagana has been appointed Operations Officer at DaVinci Health Malta, marking a new chapter in a career that has spanned a decade within the organisation.

Ms Lagana joined DaVinci Health in 2016 as a Human Resources Manager.

Her promotion to Operations Officer reflects a shift towards a more central role in overseeing day-to-day operations.

In a statement, Ms Lagana described the appointment as both a professional milestone and a reflection of the trust placed in her by the organisation. She noted that her experience working alongside colleagues across different functions has been a key part of her development within the company.

Prior to joining DaVinci Health, Ms Lagana worked as an operating theatre assistant at St James Hospital, gaining hands-on experience in a clinical environment.
