Roger Strickland / CSB Group

CSB Group on Tuesday celebrated the 17th anniversary since Director Roger Strickland Jr joined the corporate services provider.

In a social media post, the group described his time there as “17 incredible years of dedication”, noting that he has been “one of the driving forces” behind its journey towards success and innovation.

“His outstanding leadership has been instrumental in shaping our growth and achievements, and for this we say thank you,” the group added.

Mr Strickland Jr first joined CSB Group in 2006 as an External Consultant to its iGaming business consultancy division and was then appointed Group Director.

In his present role, he offers consultancy to companies setting up in Malta in order to “make the right choices, understand the licensing and regulatory requirements, as well as assist in setting up their respective Malta-based operations”.

Commenting about his approach to consultancy, Mr Strickland Jr noted that “it is critical to understand each client’s needs and to provide solutions”.

“A personal, friendly, but yet professional method is the best approach,” he added.

Mr Strickland Jr holds an Honours degree in Management from University of Malta, and is also a graduate of the Institute of Tourism Studies with a Distinction in Hospitality Management.

Aside from his present role, he also holds directorship positions for CSB Trustees & Fiduciaries Limited, as well as Malta Sotheby’s International Realty. Mr Strickland Jr is also involved in CSB Group’s relocation division, assisting with the promotion of Malta’s “unique residency and tax solutions”.

Founded in 1987, CSB Group is a corporate services provider that offers “diverse, yet specialised” business solutions and commercial services to a wide range of corporate and private clients seeking to set up a business or relocate to Malta.
