Donald Vella succeeds Godwin Spiteri as United Finance Company Secretary

United Finance plc announced that its Company Secretary, Godwin Spiteri, has resigned from his position with effect from 1st January 2022.

The company’s Board of Directors thanked Mr Spiteri for his loyalty and commitment to United Finance throughout his 20 years of service.

Advocate Donald Vella has been chosen to succeed Mr Spiteri as Company Secretary from 1st January 2022.

Dr Vella, Partner at Camilleri Preziosi Advocates, is the Head of the firm’s tax department and regularly advises clients in Maltese corporate law and tax aspects in a wide range of transactions. He also provides advice in a number of other areas including trusts, foundations, and corporate finance.
