“These are the prospectuses I have worked on over the years, most of which are originally signed by the respective boards,” Ms Caruana wrote on social media, referencing an image.

“These represent over €1 billion worth (need to update my calculations) of transactions, including bond issues, equity IPOs, takeovers, and spin-offs,” she continued.

Based in Sliema, Rizzo Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd is a leading privately-owned stockbroking and investment management house and a founder-member of the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE).

“A multitude of experiences working with some of the best Lawyers on the island in the corporate sphere, audit firms, financial advisers, and other institutions within the investment services sphere. Not to mention the clients’ teams as well as the people with the MFSA, the MSE, and the marketing agencies” Ms Caruana added.

“Everyone contributed to making this job one which never gets old, is always providing me with opportunities to grow and learn, and has an important local economic aspect to it. Thank you for the eight years,” she concluded.

Before joining Rizzo Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd, Ms Caruana worked at FIMBank for just over eight years.
