Franco Azzopardi, Group CEO at Express Trailers, revealed that the company has appointed a new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Head of Sales.

“After a lot of thought, evaluations, and appraising of my team, and after having articulated my reasoning to our RemCom (remuneration committee which is a board committee), I have pleasure in announcing the promotion and admission of a new member to my management team and the promotion of another to the C-suite,” Mr Azzopardi wrote.

David Fleri Soler, a long-standing employee at Express Trailers, has been made CCO.

The newly appointed CCO also serves as Chairperson of the logistics section at The Malta Chamber and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

“I have worked closely with Mr Fleri Soler as the previous Head of Sales and Business Development and I look forward to even more strategic planning with him,” Mr Azzopardi added.

Express Trailers’ new Head of Sales is Jesmond Mifsud, another long-standing employee of the company.
