Following the completion of the full acquisition of G4S Malta in December 2024, through which KDM Group obtained 100 per cent equity, the company is entering a new chapter under the name Securital.
The change marks an important milestone for the Group as it continues to consolidate its position in key service sectors across Malta.
While the name may be new, the company’s presence in Malta’s security industry stretches back to 1988. Over the years, it has evolved under different names, including Group 4, later G4S, and now Securital, whilst always maintaining the same dedication to service excellence that defines its work today.
“Same Company, Same Team, New Name.” This rebranding reflects a renewed focus on strengthening local expertise while retaining the international standards, same leadership and same teams, sustaining the service excellence that clients have come to expect. Importantly, all company details, including registration and VAT numbers, registered address, directors, and employees, will remain unchanged.
Securital will also continue to hold the same three ISO standards and certifications previously held by G4S Malta: ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems.
