MedservRegis has activated heightened security protocols across its Middle East operations following the escalation of regional tensions, with the group stating that the disruption has been minimal.

Speaking to MaltaCEOs.mt, Co-CEO Olivier Bernard said the company has been closely monitoring developments since the situation began unfolding.

“Since Saturday, 28th February 2026, MedservRegis has been fully engaged in response to the evolving situation across the Middle East. With significant operations spanning Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia, our leadership teams are working in constant coordination with one unwavering priority: The safety and security of our employees, contractors, and partners,” he said.

MedservRegis operates logistics and integrated supply chain services for the energy sector across several key markets in the region and beyond.

According to Mr Bernard, facilities (like those in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Sohar, Duqm and Basra), together with client-based operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, have moved to heightened security procedures.

Operational and HQSE teams are currently monitoring developments in real time and maintaining contact with local authorities across the jurisdictions where the company operates.

Mr Bernard noted that the company remains ready to respond should the situation deteriorate: “operational and HQSE teams are monitoring the situation in real time, maintaining close contact with local authorities. We are prepared to take any additional actions necessary to safeguard our workforce and maintain the integrity of the critical energy supply chain services we provide,” he said.

Despite the heightened security posture, the company has not yet experienced significant disruption to its activities in the region.

He added that the company remains focused on ensuring both staff safety and operational continuity.
