Dr Juice Malta has appointed Garreth Attard as its new Head of People, Culture & Events, marking a strategic expansion of the company’s focus on internal culture and external engagement.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow into this role and continue building on what I’ve been creating,” Mr Attard said. “I’m looking forward to this next chapter - continuing to support our teams, strengthen our culture, and contribute to meaningful experiences in the wider community.”

Mr Attard steps into the role after six months with the company, during which he focused on developing people-centred initiatives and strengthening organisational culture. His promotion reflects a broader emphasis on aligning talent strategy with brand experience.

In his new position, he will lead People and Culture while also taking on responsibility for curating and organising external events and experiences.

He brings a background spanning human resources, operations, and events across Malta’s hospitality, gaming, and lifestyle sectors. Prior to joining Dr Juice, he held roles including Human Resources Business Partner at Betway Group and Operations HR Business Partner at Red Acre Ltd, where he progressed from HR Generalist roles. Earlier in his career, he worked with Hugo’s Group Malta across a number of HR and recruitment positions, as well as with Kempinski Hotels San Lawrenz.

Alongside his corporate experience, Mr Attard is also active in the events space. He currently works as a freelance People Operations Manager for Earth Garden Malta and runs his own venture, G-Perfect Weddings & Events, reflecting a continued focus on creating people-centred experiences.

His role will involve supporting team development, enhancing workplace culture, and shaping experiences that reflect the company’s identity and values both internally and externally.
