HSBC Malta has announced that regulatory approval has been granted for the appointment of Mandy Falzon as its Chief Compliance Officer.

Dr Falzon, who joined the bank’s legal department in 2006 and went on to join the bank’s Regulatory Compliance Function and eventually serve as Deputy Head of Regulatory Compliance, is replacing Anthony Abela in the CCO role, upon his retirement in January.
The appointment was announced on 5th January, and is effective from 25th March 2021.
'Counter offers are usually a short-term patch on a long-term issue.'
The initiative is designed for both current and aspiring directors as well as senior executives.
The pipeline stretches roughly 5,300km across Northwest Europe.
Things are (a bit) clearer.
