Hotel General Manager at Hugo’s Hotels, Firas Aboulezz, took to social media to reflect on 2021 – what he dubbed “another unpredictable year”.

“I would like to take this opportunity to wish you the very best for the New Year and to thank you for your faithfulness,” Mr Aboulezz wrote.

“Despite the challenges that this pandemic poses on travelling, in 2021 you have chosen Hugo’s Hotels as your preferred accommodation for your stay, and we feel very grateful for that. Your continuous support has kept us going and working for you,” he continued.

Mr Aboulezz joined Hugo’s Hotels back in 2017 as Head Sales Manager. Two years after taking up said role, in November 2019, he was promoted to Hotel General Manager for H Hotel and Hugo’s Boutique Hotel. He has held this position ever since.

“It’s been an extreme pleasure hosting you,” Mr Aboulezz tells his readers, “and as we head into 2022, our most important mission continues to be providing you with unrivalled levels of comfort and convenience, with warmth and charm uniquely synonymous with the Hugo’s brand.”

“Thank you for placing your trust and confidence in our hotel. It will be our honour and privilege to welcome you again in 2022,” he concluded.

A veteran in the hospitality sector, Mr Aboulezz started his career as a Food and Beverage / Banqueting Supervisor at Hilton in Cobham, United Kingdom back in 2006.

Since then, he’s experienced a plethora of senior roles at a wide array of local hotels and hospitality companies.
