Ian Sammut Dacoutros has been appointed Director at Sliema-based compliance services provider EM Group.
The new Director joins the company after just over a year as Consultant at Intralot. Before that, he served as Head of Growth – iGaming at ICE Malta, Head of Account Management at Singular, and Head of Business Development at Bit8, amongst other things.
Founded in 2005, EM Group provides a broad range of corporate services and online (gaming) solutions.
The group expanded to Malta in 2014 after building a name for itself in Curaçao. In early 2018, EM Group acquired EMS Management Services, a competitor in the Curaçao market, and at the start of 2019, eMoore Cyprus was incorporated.
eMoore, a part of EM Group, offers compliance and corporate services for online companies in the main gaming jurisdictions. Amongst other things, eMoore provides incorporation, management, and key-function services.
