He added, “We could not have found a better candidate for this, and I’m certain everyone who knows CJ agrees.”

With around 14 years of experience working for a telecommunication company, and another two years working at Invent3D, CJ Garzia’s new role “focuses on streamlining operations and procedures to support the company’s international expansion through franchising.”

Ms Sciberras, who is a Co-Founder of the 3D printing and additive manufacturing company, “will now be spearheading what she’s passionate about – R&D in the Medical Applications of 3D Printing.”

Ing. Sciberras also highlighted the company’s involvement across various local industries and noted that, with her Master’s in Pharmacy, Ms Sciberras will now lead efforts to strengthen the company’s strategic investment in the medical sector – an area in which the company already has a solid foundation.

Ing. Sciberras mentioned how the new appointments are the result of a “restructuring of the company towards the fast-growing franchise model deployment.”

Speaking to MaltaCEOs, Ing. Sciberras described these recent appointments as a “fine-tuning of the management, that will help the company move forward and continue focusing on internationalisation.”

Looking ahead, Ing. Sciberras outlined Invent 3D’s strategic vision for the coming years, with franchising playing a central role.

“The company is currently in discussions with three potential franchisees across the globe, aiming to expand its footprint through a model that packages its seven years of industry expertise into a scalable ‘factory of service’ concept,” Ing. Sciberras said.

He also shared his ambition to redefine how 3D printing is perceived, positioning Invent 3D not just as a service provider, but as a problem-solving partner across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, aerospace, film & prop making, architecture, trophies and merchandise.

“By giving our franchisees access to a vast digital library of design files, website, CRM, sales and marketing material, the company facilitates seamless, cross-border collaboration – eliminating the need for physical exports, and putting a focus on high-value-added products. At the same time, the company is expanding its portfolio of products & machines, developed through advanced 3D printing technologies.”
