Jamie Cathrine Williams has been appointed Head of Finance & Strategy at Bigbon Group.
Ms Williams has been at the company for almost four years, serving in various roles, most recently as Accounts Manager.
Bigbon Group traces its origin to the 1950s, when Carmelo Gauci sold materials and fabrics as a hawker.
It has since grown into one of Malta's established fashion retail operators and represents five major international fashion brands in the country: Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho and Massimo Dutti.
