Jose Maria del Pozo has stepped down as Director of MAPFRE Middlesea plc and member of the company’s Audit Committee.

The Board thanked Mr del Pozo for “his sterling contribution” and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The resignation shall take effect as from 1st January 2026.

MAPFRE Middlesea plc’s Board of Directors had appointed Mr del Pozo as a non-Executive Director in 2020.

Mr del Pozo occupied the position of EURASIA Regional CFO for the MAPFRE Group and had been a member of the company’s risk and compliance committee since 2018.
