On Monday (today), Fenlex Group announced the appointment of Josef Pace as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer.

His appointment at the group and its affiliates came into effect at the start of the year.

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Fenlex stated that the new roles align with the group’s growth strategy.

Mr Pace is an ACCA graduate, a certified public accountant and holder of practising certificate in auditing.

He joined Fenlex in 2017 and was later appointed Financial Controller in 2018. Subsequently he took the position of Head of Client Accounting in 2018, a role he held until 2021 prior to his appointment as Director and Risk Officer in 2022.

“Mr Pace has played a key role since he joined the organisation, and this new appointment is a clear testament to his dedication and expertise. He shall now be focusing on his new roles and we would like to congratulate him on this well-deserved achievement,” Fenlex said.

Fenlex Group is associated with Fenech and Fenech Advocates, managing clients requiring legal advice and services in numerous areas of practice.
