Tumas Investments plc announced that Katia Cachia has been appointed Company Secretary as well as Company Secretary of the Audit Committee with effect from 1st January 2022.
Dr Cachia will be succeeding Ray Sladden, who will be residing from his role as Company Secretary on 1st January 2022.
The company thanked Mr Sladden for his tenure and his loyalty towards Tumas Investments. Mr Sladden shall remain a Member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Dr Cachia currently holds the position of Senior Associate at Valletta-based law firm GVZH Advocates. She joined said firm back in 2016 as an Associate. Prior to said appointment, Dr Cachia worked for just over a year as a Trust and Corporate Services Lawyer at CSB Group.
