Harvest Technology Non-Executive Director Keith Busuttil has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors with immediate effect as Chairman of the Board.

Mr Busuttil succeeds Juanito Camilleri, who tendered his resignation from Harvest Technology’s office of Chairman, Director, and Legal and Judicial Representative of the company with effect from 28th February.

Prof Camilleri joined Harvest Technology as Non-Executive Chairman back in March 2015, meaning that his tenure lasted seven years.

He also currently serves as Chairman and Professor at the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation at the University of Malta.

Since September 2021, Prof Camilleri has also held the role of Non-Executive Board Member at APS Bank.

Mr Busuttil, on the other hand, joined Harvest Technology in the capacity of Non-Executive Director in July 2020.

He currently also serves as CEO at 1923 Investments, Non-Executive Director at STS Marine Solutions, and Director at Carmelo Caruana Company Ltd.

Harvest Technology incorporates three companies: PTL Ltd, APCO Systems, and APCO Limited.
