Lincoln Grixti

Lincoln Grixti has announced his appointment as Head of Software Engineering at Expedition42, a company that was founded in 2019 and which brings together five well-known brands within the field of employment in Malta.

The company brings together the recruitment agency Konnekt, the payroll, HR and recruitment software Talexio, the job board jobsinmalta.com, another payroll service provider called PayrollMalta, as well as Malta’s online salary benchmarking tool salariesinmalta.com.

Mr Grixti joins Expedition42 as a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge and experience in developing and managing teams and complex projects, and also products that promote organisational sustainability and growth.

Through his background in technology and ICT he has worked across numerous sectors including Marketing, Finance and Operations. He is currently also Guest Lecturer at the University of Malta where he instructs students in a range of Google Cloud Computing modules and products at the Faculty of ICT.

He has run his own consulting company for over three years, where he specialises in delivering technological expertise and consulting services to local SMEs.

Mr Grixti currently serves on the National Accreditation Board of Malta (NAB Malta).

He graduated with a BSc IT (Hons) in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Malta in 2009.
