Marquis Scicluna Marshall and Baroness Pergola have left their post within the Board of Directors with effect from the date of the announcement. The former had worked at the company for over two decades, while the latter joined as NED over a year ago, having succeeded her mother, the late Baroness Christiane Ramsay Scicluna.

The pair’s roots have been linked to the company for decades, with the Scicluna family being crucial for the Cisk element within Simonds Farsons Cisk’s story.

The company’s Board of Directors thanked Marquis Scicluna Marshall and Baroness Pergola for their services over the years.

Additionally, Simonds Farsons Cisk announced that Matthew Marshall and Neil Psaila have been appointed NEDs in their stead.
