Malcolm Briffa, Director of Business Services at Melita, took to social media to commemorate the company’s 13th anniversary since joining the Maltese mobile market.

Founded back in 1981, Melita is nowadays one of the country’s leading providers of next generation broadband and fixed and wireless connectivity services.

“Throwback to February, 13 years ago, when Melita joined the Maltese mobile market to offer simpler tariffs and more value to customers,” Mr Briffa wrote.

“Now, [Melita is] the first company with nationwide 5G, unlimited data, and advanced IoT services. Still challenging the status quo and the fastest growing operator,” he continued.

Mr Briffa joined Melita as Head of Marketing in May 2008. Before being appointed Director of Business Services, he also served as Head of PR and Strategic Objects and Director of Customer Experience & PR.
