Rachel Stilon has been appointed Company Secretary at CPHCL Finance plc.

Her appointment comes into effect today, 22nd September 2022.

Ms Stilon, who currently serves as Financial Controller at this same company and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Mediterranean Investments Holding plc, is succeeding Eugenio Privitelli.

Mr Privitelli will, nonetheless, continue to support the group in an advisory role.

Ms Stilon graduated with a B.A. (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of Malta in 1996. She worked for Price Waterhouse before joining the internal audit department at Corinthia Group in 1998.

In 2000, she moved into corporate finance as Financial Controller of CPHCL.

Ms Stilon is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, a Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants, and a Chairperson on the board of Federated Mills plc.
