Valerie Spiteri has been appointed Head of Corporate at 242.group, a group operating across events management, expo services and branded merchandise.

Announcing the move, Ms Spiteri said she was looking forward to contributing to the organisation’s next phase of development.

“I am happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Corporate at 242.group,” she said.

Describing her leadership approach, Ms Spiteri noted that she places strong emphasis on people and organisational alignment.

“I am a people-focused corporate leader who believes lasting business success is built on trust, clarity and strong team alignment,” she said on LinkedIn.

She brings experience across operations, HR and corporate governance, where she has worked on organisational improvements and cross-department initiatives aimed at strengthening structure and efficiency.

242.group has been operating in the events and corporate services sector for over 15 years and brings together three specialised brands: MYeventplanner, Print&Merchandise and TurnkeyExpos.

Together, the brands provide end-to-end services covering event planning and logistics, stand design and construction, branded merchandise, and international expo participation. The group works with organisations on a wide range of activities, from team-building events and corporate gatherings to large-scale conferences and international exhibitions.

In her new role, Ms Spiteri will focus on strengthening corporate operations and supporting the group’s strategic development as it continues to expand its services in the global events industry.
