Welbee’s Supermarket has announced a collaboration with Talexio, adopting their comprehensive HR and payroll software suite to optimise operational workflows and support business growth.

Talexio is a leading provider of human resource and payroll management software that helps organisations of all sizes streamline HR processes, optimise their workforce, and improve employee engagement.

With ten stores across Malta and a workforce of over 500 individuals, the decision to integrate with Talexio was straightforward. Welbee’s Supermarket gains access to essential HR management tools, easy reporting options and valuable employee information.

Of particular interest to Welbee’s management is the Time and Attendance module, with user-friendly roster management controls and advanced reporting to provide insights into employee work patterns and scheduling efficiency. These reports help identify trends, manage staffing levels, control labour costs and address any scheduling discrepancies to improve productivity.

This integration will significantly streamline Welbee’s HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance processes, eliminating substantial administrative burdens. The platform’s publicly available APIs further enhance functionality, while Talexio’s excellent support team ensures a seamless transition and steady performance.

“We are excited to join Welbee’s Supermarket in the next step of their growth journey. Our commitment to providing an innovative product and exceptional customer support has been recognised and appreciated by Welbee’s management team and aligns with their vision of operational excellence”, said Mark Camilleri Gambin, Chief Product Officer at Expedition42.

“I am very happy with and recommend the implementation of the Talexio HR Software, especially its Time and Attendance (T&A) features. I believe this software will improve our payroll processing efficiency and accuracy in tracking employee hours, which are quite complex in our industry,” said David Borg, Head of People, Talent and Development.
